update the intelxdk or reinstall it! scirra isn't offering intel xdk support! you should try the official forum from intel ! or google search! :)

Is there an alternative to using Intel XDK? Because this I've tried both computers, and it doesn't work on either.
-I'll try their forums, but Just in case the XDK Forums wouldn't help me.

I think crosswalks can be used from a command line interface too if you can find it.

Others would recommand cocoonJS.

Also, I am not sure if intel xdk (or nw.js itself really) works on windows XP (that may be something you have to say on their forum, your version of windows)
Game design is all about decomposing the core of your game so it becomes simple instructions.

Had the same problem, delete it (+ uninstall)
and then reinstall.
