Internet browser on construct

Does anyone think it is possible to have a internet browser running in construct if so please reply

Well, you should be able to implement a rendering engine such as Trident or Gecko if you really want to but I'd expect it to be quite a hassle. There's basic http functionality too so yeah, you might be able to do something to the effect of having a browser in your project.

Modern browsers have teams of 100+ working on them and use a huge amount of technology that is not possible in Construct (eg. javascript). So no, it can't be done. Construct would be the wrong tool for the job anyway, it's a game creator.

here is something, a sort of lame download manager:

How to Use:
Copy the link from where you have to download, paste it in the textbox, click on DOWNLOAD, dialog box will appear asking where o save the file, click OK. The text box below the progress bar is for current download speed

Well, you could download an HTML file, parse it with python, and render it yourself. It would at least be more standards-compliant than IE!
