Extremely extremely unhappy :(

I spent a VAST amount of money to purchase a licence and a copy of this book and have had nothing but grief :(

I Tried a zillion times during the day to log into my account to claim these items with no luck

at home i tried again THIS time i clicked the little "remember me" box and miracle of miracles i was logged in

THEN i tried to redeem the codes just to be told "this has already been used by some one else"??????

pls contact support ?

CAN U GUESS HOW PISSED I AM??

WHOSE GONNA DO SOMETHING?

ITS NOW 8 hours since my first email!!!!!!!!

Hi @SaCoderz, sorry you're disappointed. I believe Tom has already replied to your email. I'm going to close this thread for now, hopefully we can arrange a quick resolution by email.
