Is There a Way to See What Is Used in "Memory Use"

I'm trying to slim down my game based on the "Memory Use" in the status bar. But it would go A LOT quicker if I knew what was using that (Like graphics, events, sounds, etc.)

Any way to find out?

I'm aware of that, but my game uses too much memory. It's not a performance situation. It's too large for mobile.

In my case graphics and object count are always the issue. Do you have more than 15-20 objects or big images? What is resolution of the game ?
