Just reporting exception: cannot set height of docked bar

Moving docked bars around, undocked "layers" and dropped in the layout window, and the exception popped up.

Seen this reported a couple of times but we're struggling to do anything about it without steps to reproduce.

I know, I've tried to reproduce, and it only did it that one time. It sounded like a specific error message so I thought I should show it to you. I will keep an eye out for any more clues.
