Labirent Game

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sat Aug 24, 2013 1:19 pm

Hi,

I am new to construct 2 and I am willing to create a simple labirent game for mobile devices. I couldnt find similar game creation tutorials under tutorials part so I thought maybe there can be some one who can help me here.

Is there any one who can tell me the basics for creating a labirent game? For example how to create a grid view and create a level system?

Best

Not to familiar with labirent game, but being newish too, I can guarantee you that there is nothing simple about simple games - lol. They have lots of various aspects working in background.
The movement
The sword fighting.
The levels.
The health. etc etc etc each takes time to build.
Good news is there are enough tutorials to build game, tutorial cover certain areas of games.

Thank you for your reply.

I searched in the forum and in the tutorials already and could not find anything related with a labirent game. That was why I asked the question in a new topic.

I will try to figure it out myself.

Be also sure to check the how do I FAQ that contains technical examples and explanations of various elements you can use for labyrinths/mazes.

Also I believe that if you look for the keyword "maze" on these forums, you'll find more elements than you need.

Thanx friends. I moved a lot since yesterday. I already created the basics and now trying to find a way for redirecting the player object when it overlaps with the arrow object. I made it but somehow the redirection is not done when the mid points are overlaped but it redirects when ever the objects touche each other. So the player turns before it goes over the arrow. If you can suggest something to solve this it would be really helpful.
