Landing ship

Get help using Construct 2

Hy friends,

Could anyone help me solve this capx problem.

I want that the black sprite landing in the yellow bar and stop then. I tried everything but i cant solve this. The event sheets sounds messy on account of the attempts.
I just want the black sprite landing and stop then.
Anyone can help me?

If all your trying to do is get the ship to stop, there is probably a lot of ways. I'm a newbie but I tried it with an action under your condition on "collision with yellow platform". I just put in "set deceleration to 800" and it stopped it. I tried using the system "wait" to restore movement after one second, but i don't think you have it set up for that crazy idea. Good luck.

In Construct r108 it worked very well. I used "Platform is on floor" attribute. But now, don't work.
The problem is when the ship collide in left or right side of the yellow bar: The ship stop when it collide in this places. I would like that ship to stop over side the yellow bar, like used be in r108.
Anyone knows about how can do I it?

Hi, i solved this. I think that was any problem with "max speed", because it had zero value. I was so envolved with the problem that I dont saw this simple issue in my project. However, I appreciate the help of you, guys. Thank you.
