Layout Stops everytime I try to restart the game

I'm not sure if this is a bug or there's something that I missed out on my event sheets. The problem is everytime I press the "Restart" button that appears when my character dies, it restarts the layout, but the game just stops completely. Anyway here are the .capx file and screenshots of the game that I'm making, if someone could help me out, that'll be really great.

Yeah you set the time scale to 0 here and there ... you should restore the timescale after death/failure, right now it just sits at 0 in a few situations

No probs :)

Pointer: when I tried the game, the finger pointing at the dog just made me click and wiggle it .... no clue it was a catapult till I checked the event sheets xD
