  • hi guys,

i'm new to Construct 2 and the forums so please go easy on me <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I'm creating a very basic game where you touch objects and they change to a different sprite the game calculates how many you touched and keeps a score, i was wondering if there is anyway to load the next level after the score reaches a certain point? for example it hits 8 then loads level 2.

I've tried looking at tutorials and searched many sites but can't figure it out if anyone could help me i would greatly appreciate it.

  • Have an event that checks if the score variable has hit your desired total and then have it call the "load layout" event and give it the number or name of the layout you want to load as your next level.

  • Try Construct 3
