linux and mac node-webkit binaries from windows

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

Does anyone know how C2 packages linux and mac binaries with node-webkit? I have an app not made in C2 that I want to create binaries for, but I can't figure out how to do it from windows. I'm assuming it's possible as C2 does it, but all the instructions I've found online are for each specific platform, i.e. how to package a linux binary in linux, etc.

The instructions on the node-webkit website should be enough. It works on Mac simply by copying files to a subfolder in the package, and on Linux by binary appending the data to the application file.

I tried following the instructions from the node-webkit site but when people tested the mac and linux versions they didn't work. Could you maybe PM me or something and go over the specific commands I need to use to package the files properly on those platforms? I know it's probably fairly simple but I can't seem to figure it out.
