Local multiplayer LAN on mobile device?

How can i make a multiplayer game to Local LAN wifi hotspot (can played without internet,you can play in same wifi offline) without using a computer for wifi settings?(Sorry for bad english my language is not english)

I want make Local Multiplayer ( LAN ) Games. They can be played multiplayer on offline. I know geolocation but it about GPS, not multiplayer.

Unfortunately it seems you can't get it seperately, and have to buy it as a bundle of plugins. I haven't used the plugin myself so I don't know how it works.
