Looking to have a sprite made

Looking to build a team or have a job to offer?

I'm looking to buy a custom 2-animation (8 frame each) sprite made to which I will exclusively own the rights. I already have an example in mind, but I'd need you to take that example and make something unique along a similar vein. Unique enough to be trademarkable if it comes to that (it probably won't, but still, that's the main motivation to paying for one rather than using a free one). I'm not sure how much this would cost so pm me with an example of your work and a price and i'll see if I can afford it.

What you want can be found easily on www.fiverr.com
Lots of people from all over the world offering pixel art and graphic design services for as little as $5. I can recommend a few for you:
http://www.fiverr.com/grigoreen/create- ... -pixel-art
http://www.fiverr.com/katuen/pixel-you- ... animate-it
http://www.fiverr.com/luisilustra/draw- ... -character

And there are many more artists there with a variety of styles (most vector graphics rather than pixelated)

That's a little strange that I never noticed fiverr.com existed, but he's right. I, myself, charge around $5 per frame for simplier sprites. Though, to get a unique looking character you'll want to trademark, you might have to pay a little more. OR come to me (shameless self plug).

If you wanna check out some of my work, take a look at my deviantart pages:

Great work RandomFellow, I would definitely have considered you though it's a bit late now :) Actually I was able to find a solution with Spriter. I can do static art pretty well on my own, but doing animation frames I find extremely tedious and much more time consuming to get the frames to look good together, even with simple sprites. It seems like I should be able to do animation since my 2d art is good enough, but somehow, I'm not. But with Spriter I was able to actually put something good together.

It's a pretty useful program. Most animators were stuck using Flash for that sorta thing before it came along.
