Loop scroll stage

Get help using Construct 2

Greetings.

I'm currently planning a constant scroll game, mechanichs similar to canabalt / Robobot unicorn attack.

But looping a stage seems quite tricky, is there a way to do it without a noticeable patch between the loop ends?

Besides, performance-wise what would be better - a long, looped stage or several patches randomly inserted in runtime?(is that even possible?).
