Make a sprite unaffected by layer effects

Hello constructers, anyone knows if is possible to make an sprite unaffected by layer effects, i mean, for example, i have got a layer with "bevel" effect, so anything inside will be rendered, the thing is if there is a way to place an sprite in the same layer with no "bebel effect?

PD: I could just place it in one layer behind it, but it would be extremelly helpful if i could realize the adobe mentioned.

A layer with an effect applied will be rendered to its own texture, so there's no way (and I don't see the need for it)
But you can at runtime use the action "move to layer" at any time.
