Make bullets stop at walls thingy?

Get help using Construct 2

I made a zombie, who is supposed to keep moving towards the center of the map. BUT I wanted him to run into the wall, play clawing animation, then the wall destroys. But he goes right through the wall! Um how do I make him stop that? The wall has solid behavior, and the zombie has bullet.

In the how do I FAQ there are several examples of "patrol"/"patrolling" objects, which is what you are trying to do.

Also, please don't bump half an hour after having made a new thread.
Wait at least a few hours before any kind of bump.Kyatric2012-08-23 00:21:32

Um not really. Im just using "Every Tick set angle towards Player.X, Player.Y" I wanna know how to make bullets NOT go through solids but NOT bounce off either.

Set the speed to 0 or set the bullet behavior disabled.

Then what event do I use to make it move after the block is destroyed?

Oh ok, I read again the first post.
You need to check for a collision between the zombie and the wall. On that collision set the animation of your zombie.
Once it happens, you need to not move the zombie again (so your moving event needs another condition, like a check on a boolean, or an animation already not playing).
And at the end of this animation, destroy the wall, and set the zombie to move again.

Example capx the zombie follows the mouse cursor.
