Making a Health system

For questions about using Classic.

How do I make the health system stay onscreen and never leave the players sight? I've already made the graphics and an animation for each block of health(uses 5 squares to determine health) but how do I make it stay onscreen? I had the idea to give it movement and make it the same EVERYTHING as the player, but I don't think that'll work correctly.

Check out the Platformer tutorial. It really helps.

you can also> always
-set position to scrollx+/-(mypos), scrolly+/-(mypos)
if you hate layers.

But if you hate layers, then you might need counseling.
