A quick and simple way is to use the bullet behavior.

The Bullet behavior includes options for bouncing off objects, so give the ball the bullet behavior and when the ball collides with an object - walls, paddle, bricks etc - then bounce off. The behavior will take care of the movement for you.

HERE is a quick example to get you started.zenox982012-01-30 15:03:01

There have been many posts regarding missing images since CC and C2 have been in development, and the majority were always fixed by updating the Graphic card drivers.

Here is a quick arkanoid type game (if it is the one I am thinking of) that I put together in 10 minutes. It uses physics. The mouse moves the paddle.

Is that what you are looking for?
