Problem Description

If you make a change in an included project file (EX a csv file) Construct 2 doesn't register a change. This wouldn't be a problem but if you then close C2 without saving it doesn't prompt to save changes. A minor bug but it would be nice to fix since I lost some work this way.

Steps to Reproduce Bug
- Add a file to the project
- change the file by opening it into an external program
- close Construct 2
Observed Result

No prompt to save changes

Expected Result

Prompt asking to save changes.

Closing as won't fix - C2 won't watch for external changes, and besides, there's nothing for it to save anyway - changing the contents of a project file does not cause anything else in the project to be saved differently, so there's no point enabling the save button.
