Actually that tutorial is quite good in my opinion, it's the same one I follow. But if you want it to work, in the end(right before exporting your game) don't forget to change the project property "Fullscreen in browser" to scale outer.

@VIKINGS Thanks! But now i have other problem, how the size of the layout its on the left of the window size when it enlarges the game alone enlarges or shrinks the right side of the stage and not the two sides .
Here you have images: http://gyazo.com/b80b4b8a15e99fd20daf54a78a39cf73
This is the example i use: http://gyazo.com/3ed444ba5b1e5a5f9ad85eb28fb2661a

From the pictures you show, it seems like you've got your coordinates for the system scrollto action wrong..
I'm guessing you are using the numbers in the tutorial while still using your own layout size..
You should scroll to half the width of your layout and half the height (which is the center)
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..

I solved! The problem was i´m using a Tiled Background and the Hotspot was on Top-Left so, when you enlarges, only enlarges the right of the background, just i changed Hotspot to Top and it works! Thanks all for the help :D
