Mopub no longer works with Cocoon?

So my ios game used to export perfectly
but after using the new update for CocoonJS Project Compiler, it has been crashing my game.. (I cant get pass the splash screen, I receive no popup errors either)

I recently found out what was causing it....It started running again only when MoPub is disabled

Does anybody know if Ludei and MoPub is currently fixing this issue?
Is there a alternative Ad system we can use?

Have you tried older cocoonjs version (1.4.something)? You may also find some useful info in xcode debug output.
