Moving Selected Sprites

Get help using Construct 2

Post » Sun Oct 23, 2011 3:36 am

I want to move three different sprits to three different positions markd with a right mouse click.

I want to pick up the first sprite and mark where to move with a slow bullet behaviour.

Then pick up the second while the first one is moving and mark where to move also with a slow bullet behaviour.

Same with the third one.

I was able to do it for one object, but as I marked the position for the second one, the first one also moves toward this second position.

How can I identify the desired positions individualy for each object?

The 3 sprites are the same object? Or are you talking about 3 complete different objects?

Could you post your current capx ?
It will be easier to work on an existing/already set version.

add global number "clicks".

add event "right mouseclick" -> use "Pick n'th instance" of the object selected, while 'n' is "clicks".

now you can move the object, only the 'selected' instance.

and then set the new position, and finally increment "clicks" every time to get a unique x/y for every object instance.xeed2011-10-24 01:23:16
