Mozilla Market is Alive and Magic is Afoot

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

The Mozilla HTML5 Web App marketplace is alive and you can find a ton of information about it here:

Construct 2 works very well on Mozilla Firefox. I haven't looked deeply at this, but if Chrome and Windows 8 have exporters, then it seems like there should be a Mozilla one as well.

PS: I don't remember if I said, but the Windows 8 exporter works just great for the Windows 8 Consumer Preview.

Awesome! I hope it starts thriving soon -- another venue for HTML5 games is another win for us game developers.

We're planning an export-to-Mozilla-store option, but I think currently you can only submit games without seeing them published. So let me know if I don't see myself when they open the actual store, and I'll be sure to get on that right away :)

I'll look for you when the store opens. Right now you can sell but no one can buy. It looks like the store will be open for business in late April and will be finalized in June. I don't know when the Windows 8 store will be open -- the latest rumors are that Win 8 will ship in October. These are exciting times for HTML5 apps!
