Good work as always deadeye. We'll all be keeping our eyes open for the updated version(s).

Congratulations for the 4th place deadeye.

My favourite game from this competition was Eversion.
Your game is awesome too :D

Well done, you showed everyone the capabilities of Construct.

Hey thanks :)

Well... maybe :P

I mean, Construct is capable of much more than what I showed. My game was actually very much on the simplistic side of things.

Well you at least demonstrated that Construct is not just a toy and that it is capable of producing quality games. You also lend Construct some street cred (or something, I don't know I'm just trying to sound hip) by showing that there are quality game developers who know what they're doing who have chosen to go with Construct. Very good publicity.

[quote="deadeye":6ylap3f9](Don't mind the Ben Bernanke gorilla image there at the end, it was just an in-joke for the TIGS forum. It will be replaced by the real uninvited guest in the final version...)[/quote:6ylap3f9]

That's what I see when the with sound version crashes...

What? You're just playing the demo version then :P. Ben Bernanke isn't in the final version...

I guess I should update the first post, eh?

Gotcha. Sound version still crashes, though.

Deadeye, maybe rebuild it in the next build, 0.98.4. By then there will have been several XAudio2 fixes.

I've been planning to finish it off completely, with the proper ending and all, so I've been waiting on building it again until the final version. I've been putting it off though. I need a kick in the pants to get working on it again. I think the main reason I haven't picked it up again is because I just want it to be over with already. Why work towards putting it behind me when I can just forget about it now?

And I also have to relink all my sounds because I moved my project folder. Oh, the tragedy... will the suffering never end? :P
