Is there a way to specify which wall it is?

@jogosgratispro yes the tutorial covers left and right walls... currently images are not showing in the tutorial, but the scirra folks are working to correct that...

in the next to wall check, you can specify left or right

I meant a specific wall. let's say I have different walls in the game but I want to give the ability to wall jumping in a certain ones.

yes, you can test for a specific object (overlapping or on collision) or you can set an instance variable on certain wall objects and test for it using the same types of events (overlapping or collision) and then adjust your conditions so that it tests for that value before allowing the double jump action the same way we test for a wall or the jump phase in my tutorial.

I can't specific only one wall to be used to jump

@statham @jogosgratispro You can add the walls you want to be jumpable to a family. Then in your condition for wall jumping test to see if you are colliding with that family.

In my current game I have wall jumping as well as wall sliding (clinging to walls and sliding down slowly) I didn't want the player to be able to slide/cling to walls made of Ice so I made a family called slideablewalls and added all but the ice tileset to it. Then in my condition I test to see if the player is overlapping slideablewalls.BluePhaze2013-11-20 20:35:47
