Objects on startup

So I learned that I must put all the objects in the margin before I start a game.
But my game contains so many character,some of them are not supposed to appear at the startup.
For example ,the bullet character will appear at the startup which is weird. And i cant destroy them using event since I got so many type of bullets. I cant choose destroy outside layout since some of them are homing missile and i allow them to fly outside the layout.

How do I solve this problem such that only the objects require at startup remained and others destroyed?

Place all, or whichever you don't need straight away, on there own Layout and just create whenever needed on their correct Layout..

C2 doesn't like it if there isn't an instance of the object and this way there always is.
If your vision so exceeds your ability, then look to something closer.
