Off setting touch controls.

Hello,

First off I hope this makes sense this if my first form post here.

I have a fish frenzy type game where you eat little fish and get bigger the more you eat. Eventually being the big fish in the pond and eating everything.

My issue and reason for this post is in beta testing I have found out the first 3 levels are great for people with small fingers. Not so much for people with large fingers since they can't see the fish and they die very quickly.

So the question is can you off set an object when you touch it?

So I have a small fish that is a touch and drag around the screen that is bound to the stage. I want it to move up when you touch the fish so essential its hovering just above your finger so you see it. Cause the beginning stages he is a little guppy. And you can't see it

I hope what I'm asking makes sense I've searched everywhere trying to find someone asking this and I haven't been able to find it.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

I find this reaction very offsetting...
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..
