On hold vs on tap

Get help using Construct 2

Hello.

Im making an autorunner game for Android, and I want that the player jumps with 350 strenght when I tap the screen and with 650 when I hold for 0.5 sec.
But for some reason game doesn't work properly.
It seems easy to do, but I don't know how.
I have this done:

You can try changing Jump Sustain value under Platform Behavior properties.
For the event, set like this:
Touch|Is touching object -> PlatformObject|Simulate Platform pressing Jump

In my project I can't see the jump sustain value, I only have these:

How can I add it?

EDIT: Done, I updated Construct 2.
