Just tried again in case it's a bandwidth thing, but it still works great. Here's a screen grab:

I press F11 in Firefox and this game can be played in full screen.

I have a question. Can this kind of platform game be made with Construct 2?

I managed in playing it, but it is awefuly long to download, and awefuly fps breaking to play (maybe I was still downloading too, and it didn't like it.
Nice graphics though, and the mechanics seems nice too.

@BoyHK: with a lot of work, yes it can be made.
.... it is awefuly long to download
I have quite a good contention ratio, so it was quite quick, but this is one of the the issues I have always had with the concept of browser-based gaming. Not everyone has good bandwidth speed and unlimited downloads.

They have a lot of large objects with detailed animations. That probably makes the download size bigger. They probably knowingly opted for that in order to show off HTML5 - there's no reason games you make have to be that big.

I like how they reused the blond haired kid's sprite for the old man...

I don't find it particularly impressive. The graphics are decent, but VERY uninspired. The performance isn't great either, and I'm on chrome (gpu accelerated canvas 2d enabled) with a fast workstation. The gameplay isn't fun either. A polished turd, if I do say so myself.

The only thing I really liked were the background layers.

I have almost completly opposite opinion than Davio. Graphics and performance great, nice to see something like that moving good in a browser. I only agree with the polished turd thing, but I always fall for that, can't help it even it's shiny only on the outside.

It took a very long time to load... and I don't know, I was unimpressed. It has very inconsistent graphic style, kind of floaty controls, and uninspired level design. It wasn't fun, and I did not felt compelled to go on. On the other hand, I was playing this just before I tried: http://www.kongregate.com/games/Wobly/infestor
...but this is mostly psychological. Check my devlog
