Particle-like tail

Get help using Construct 2

How would I make a tail like this is the
Video?

That's obviously not a particle.
I have this image:


I suppose it is split into two or three parts?
Is the image using some bullet behaviour?
I extracted that from a java game from the directory: .jar/images/animations

I read about some vector image in the java code.I am not a programmer so I couldn't understand.

Very roughly:

every 0.1 seconds
-create image at imagepoint 1
-set image angle to player.angle

image on created
- wait 0.4 seconds
- image destroy

better would be to give the image fade behaviour and destroy after fade out.
I told my dentist I had trouble with my teeth and asked her to fix it without looking in my mouth..

Like @LittleStain said, and it's probably the easiest method around.
Add Fade to object and then spawn it every X seconds.

So I have to give the image bullet behaviour first? (Obviously) :)
My image is not changing angle.It's bullet behaviour changes to 90 and 270(Up and down) and There is an animation for both up and down.So
Start of layout
-Set bullet angle of motion of tail image to 180

When going down
- set tail image angle to 45
when going up
- set tail image angle to 315?

The image doesn't need bullet behaviour.

instead of player.angle you could set the angle of the image to player.bullet.angle

Thank you guys.I have made a nice tail using bullet behaviour,fade bahaviour. and creating an image at Player.Y and 56x
