I just got confused, how eony321 opened the .cap^^. Since he said "thanks" I thought, he already tried it out, succesfully.

Anyways, a nice effect. I had a similar effect in mind, but couldn't thought out a walking animation script for it.

it'll work with a simple animated sprite (or bone sprite, or custom animation system for that matter)

here's with a simple 3 frame walk cycle:

Ah, of course..it spawns only at overlap^^. Simple, but effective :P. Pretty well made.
