Pathfinding and animation

Get help using Construct 2

I'm having these challenges implementing pathfinding in my game.

The first challenge is on choosing the point i want my player to move to, it rotates sides ways where as i just want it to move in that direction with the front, or turn its fron to that direction and move towards it, however i cant get that done.

Also, i want to start the run animation only when it is about to move and keep it standing alone when not moving

Try this, I switched a few things in your file.
Pathfindingtest_mod.capx

What I changed.
Faced all the images in Run animation to facing right. This makes it line up with the object angle like you would expect.
Set Run animation to loop.
Add a second animation called stand. it's just a copy of run with all but on image removed.
Added "on pathfinding arrived" and added the action to set animation to stand.

@onzephyr thanks a lot, that does the drill, jusy needed to change the angle from common in d properties panel to ensure my player starts off facing front. Thanks
