Pc Benchmarking using Construct(SOLVED)

Im creating an app which tests how many sprites my pc can handle. .Basically all i did was to create a sprite every milisecond and then a counter which shows how many sprites there are on screen using the Sprite.Count event.

Is there any way to set the time scale to 0 when the frame rate drops to 15?.

You can using timedelta, but you will need a counter to test a length of time that the fps drops below a certain rate, as frame rate varies all the time.

I tried comparing the caption text to another text and it worked ,But i cannot get the fps in the window caption whenever i write the program to an exe.

Heh, well that's an interesting idea, but yeah exports don't keep the caption.:)

Simply make your own fps counter. Every tick add 1 to it. Every 1000 ms check it and reset it.

Thank you makedit it's exactly what i wanted.@ Davioware : Yes i see indeed :lol: But makedit had the better answer which was an actual cap demo showing me how it's done in detail :wink:
