Yeah, yes, yes, but you can only click and drag the window, where you have only image or elements such as buttons, sprites, texts, edit box, gradients etc.

Can be done via the SDK; there's code on the CodeProject.com if anyone's interested; wouldn't imagine it'd be amazingly hard.

lol i though you just wanted sprites to have Pixel Alpha Blending... you could say so you want to have window with Alpha Blend.

Correct, would be nice to have window with Alpha Blend.

Rich, is possible Alpha Blend Window in new's versions of Construct?
Or I would have to make a SDK for this function alone = /

It's not possible with any current object. The SDK is lightweight, and this is what it is intended for, specialist uses :).

Hmm yeah this could be a cool plugin for making windoed games with a specialised "window" style, rather than being limited to the standard Windows GUI interface design.

I would be keen on someone making this... now, where did lucid go?

Yeah you could an interface like winamp, etc. As you can imagine, for a game that would make for some awesome eye candy.
