It's been over 160 years since communism was suggested. All countries that claimed to be communist or headed that way were totalitarian. At this point I think it's safe to conclude that communism is de facto totalitarianism.

Hollywood has deep pockets. They will just come up with something else. I hear ACTA is being pushed to the forefront again.

For those who are not aware of the worldwide "trading agreement" ACTA, that's soon to be ratified in the EU parliament, already signed by the US and over 38 other countries:
