Physic with Pathfinding

I want to make a RTS game and prevent units from overlapping each other. I added physic and pathfinding behavior. My current problem is when 2 units are on path moving, the physic is not processed and they can overlap each other until they stop. When they are not on path, physic work perfectly. Is there a workaround, or perhaps an update on these 2 behaviors so they can work together properly?

Movement of physics objects should only be done using forces or impulses which make the pathfinding behavior no good in this case.
