physics anchoring objects to background

Get help using Construct 2

whats the best way to create a revolute joint between the object and the background? is it to make the tiled background have phsycis behavior and attach to that or to create a new invisible and immovable object that you can create a joint to?

I would definitely create a invisible sprite and create the joint to that.
