pin behavior in construct classic

hello
is there a way an object can be pined to another object.just like construct 2. i want to create a shooter with limb and torso movement where the torso can shoot in 360 degree direction and the limb(legs) will move left and right(for platform shooter) and also move 8 way direction(top down shooter).thank you

This method works for attaching more than one object to another through using image points:

One of those styles is the math behind it, but you can just use the image point method as well.
