  • I created a game using Construct 2. I have since gotten it tested/approved on Amazon where you can download it. I also tested it on my crappy little $99 tablet and it works fine.

However... oddly enough, my Dad has a samsung galaxy 10.1 tablet which is a REALLY nice tablet but he cannot get the game to load. He said it installs without any problems, but he cannot load it. He doesn't even get to the title screen.

Anybody else have problems getting their games to work on a samsung galaxy 10.1? I actually have NO idea what the problem can be. I don't even know what I would fiddle with and/or what I would do differently to get it to work.. But since he as a Samsung tablet, I figured if he is having problems lots of other folks are also.

Here is the link to download the game from Amazon:

If somebody out there happens to have a samsung galaxy 10.1 tablet, PLEASE do try and download and install the game. Let me know if it works and/or if you have any ideas about what I should do differently so it works on a Samsung Galaxy tablet.

    Thanks greatly in advance. <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile">

  • I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition. The Amazon App store app does not find the IdoNOTwantkids app. Even tried to search for Puzzele.com, but only your Beer Baby and Crappy Turd apps show up.

  • Oh boy... Now I'm really confused. I just clicked on the above link and it worked:

    http://www.amazon.com/Puzzele-com-IdoNO ... otwantkids

And I just did a search on amazon for Puzzele.com and it shows up as well.

  • Yes it does show when you click the link, but in order to install the app, you need make it available for all countries. I got a message when trying to download via the link that the app isnt avail in my region.

So i am guessing that its the same reason why the app does not show up in the Amazon Appstore app as well.

  • Oh geesh... I have NO idea why it is saying that. I never limited access to the game in any country. Heck, its free so the more people that have it, the better.

I'm attaching a screenshot showing my settings in Amazon that says "Where would you like your app to be sold? In all countries and regions where Amazon sells apps."

O well... I guess I'll add this to the list of problems I'm having.

  • Well.. I still haven't figure out why some people evidently cannot see the game on Amazon...

Nonetheless.. I just made another game and put it on Amazon. It is called "Park The Van". And once again, my dad's samsung galaxy 10.1 tablet CANNOT play the game.

If somebody has this tablet, could you please let me know if you can play it on your tablet.. And if cannot play it on that tablet, any ideas how to fix it? That Samsung tablet is one of the better tablets (in my humble opinion -- far better than the piece of crap I have).... so if it can't run on that device, I wonder how many other devices it can't run on.

Oh.. here is the directly link to the "Park The Van" game I made on Amazon:

  • I also loaded a game to the amazon app store and it gets stuck while loading (about 3/4ths the way through the bar). It's a very simple game that doesn't seem to have problems in other places where I've tested it, but it just doesn't work with the amazon store.
