@Merlandese

A simplest way to type letter by letter is using by rex_text_typing behavior (sample capx)

Edit:

Here is a sample capx to get substring of bbcode text, but text_typing behavior is better.

@rexrainbow , this is fricking amazing!!!! And it also comes with shadows!!! And support for your type-writing behavior?! WOW! :D

Just letting you know, in Microsoft's Edge, the bold doesn't work. Size, color and italic are working though. :roll:

Is there any chance to support underlining in the future..? [u][./u] doesn't produce anything :lol:

Anyway, again, thank you soooooo much for your effort and contribution!!! You're the best! :oops: :lol:

@eli0s

Shadow
This bbcode text plugin does not support shadow now, you might try tag text.
How about this shadow mark?
[shadow=#color]text[/shadow]

Microsoft's Edge
Sorry, I don't have edge browser now since I still use win7.

Underlining
I might have plan on it but not recently.

I don't understand! I find an option for setting shadows in the bbcode text object, see the following picture!

Also, this [shadow=#color]text[/shadow] is a command for the bbcode object or dor the TagText plugin..? :shock:

Anyway, if you find the time for "underline" support, that would be a great addition I think.

Never the less, what you've already done is superb!!! Thank you again!!! :lol:

@eli0s

It will affect all text once the shadow is set. Humm... is that good enough?

@rexrainbow, Thank you for the fantastic contribution to the community with all your plugins and continued support of them. As many said before, these complete the functionality missing from many of C2's already set of amazing features.

In regards to the shadow, can it be possible to only affect a certain letter, or part of the string. This will save us a lot of headaches if it can be implemented.

As for the underline feature, this will be one of the more requested features missing from the BBcode plugin, when do you think it can be integrated into it as currently there are no options to underline text dynamically properly in C2 (this would make it a complete solution for styling text).

Thank you for the continue support!

@rexrainbow ,

Well, for my limited imagination the shadow (as it is applied now) it's more than enough!

If I had to choose between a per-word (or character) shadow function and an underline feature however, I would choose underline! :)
