Update

rex_board plugin: add property "Infinity". (sample capx)
Set property "Infinity" to "Yes" to become an infinity board. In this mode-
- There are not boundaries (board width or board height), chess could be place at any logic position.
- Wrap mode is ignored,
- Some actions or conditions are not supported like "Action:Fill tiles", "Condition:For each cell".

rex_grid_move behavior, rex_monopoly_movement behavior, rex_board_edge plugin also updated.

Platformer in an infinity map,
- arrowkey up to jump, left/right to move.

The infinity map is created by simplex noise, at an infinity board.

Hey Rex... long time fan...

I dont suppose you could do a tutorial for how to set up a hex board? i am trying to do so using 32x32 tiles and i just cant seem to get it working properly. (i can used tiled or not, i dont care).

here is the tileset i am using.

I would be eternally thankful if you can help... if not i understand :D

Oh and do you take donations? you deserve a reward for all your hard work

Here is a sample capx.
Just try and error to change the property "width" in rex_hexTx plugin to 32, 30, 28, 24... then the tiles are alignment in 24.

heres what i have so far- just really rough to show you it works! thanks explorer-lucy-74072.bitballoon.com

Would it be possible using your grid system to make it so that i could have it so the player drags their finger across the tiles to create a line that the player sprite will follow if they confirm path after drawing the line

You might first record target tiles then moving to them one by one with rex_grid_move behavior.

I have a crash in the board plugin. Remove chess by UID crashes, whereas remove chess does not.

Here is a short capx that shows the problem. It will crash as soon as you run it.
