I am in the planning stage of an adventure game. It will be 1024 x 768 and contain 28 full screen background images. Is that too stressful for C2?
The game will have buttons on the side and a status readout on the bottom so I was thinking that I would like to have the backgrounds set at sprites since they swapped more easily. As this would be easier to manage the data and keep the interface vs layers or especially layouts. Thoughts?
Note: the game will be puzzle/strategy so there will be only minimum animation.
