Problem with bullet collision w/ tilemap?

Message: Chiisaipanda can only post plain text URLS until they have 500 rep. 2 URLS modified. Why?
My goal:
Click in a place
Bug (bullet) travels toward that place
when bug (bullet) reaches place, it disable bullet, stopping movement
when bug (bullet) collides with a filled tile, it stops

Problem:
When the bullet collides with a filled tile it stops, BUT if I click again, it disregards the tile, and moves over it.
I provided a screenshot of my events page, along with a gif of what happens.

Try adding "X bug overlapping obstacle" to event 14

I have. when you do that, bug collides with an obstacle, and then cannot move at all.
