Purpose of a Blank Subevent (vs. a "non-blank" subevent"

Discussion and feedback on Construct 2

I can't seem to find why one would use a blank subevent vs a "regular" subevent.

Yes, I'm a newbie.

Useful for breaking up code. I use blank events all the time.
Also sometimes you need sub-events to run then right after you need some common code to run, so you use a blank to place the code after the sub-events and then run the common code.
Ex;
Some_condition
--> Sub_one: action one
--> Sub_two: action two
--> Blank: action for both cases

BH - Thanks much for the first part and MUCH THANKS for the second - I was trying to figure how to incorporate sub-conditions in between common code.
