Python scripting.. [help!]

New releases and general discussions.

I'm fairly new to Construct and have learned a lot about the basic events and effects etc :D

The one thing I'm pretty clueless on is Python..
I've always wanted to use some text in a game for something like dialogue or even a Text based game but I don't know where to start..
It doesn't even have to be for text, I just want to understand more about the python scripting language!
Are there any tutorials or guides or something to learn Python?

I updated the [url=https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/construct/index.php?title=Python_Scripting:2fvixgaq]wiki[/url:2fvixgaq] with some more info and links about python.

To learn the python language itself, here are two great tutorials:
[url:2fvixgaq]http://www.tutorialspoint.com/python/index.htm[/url:2fvixgaq]
[url:2fvixgaq]http://docs.python.org/tutorial/[/url:2fvixgaq]

And for a quick look on using python in construct check this out:
