Question about bullet behaviour

For questions about using Classic.

I was prototyping some stuff, and i used the bullet behaviour to make some dash-like movement. It was something like

+ Click
- deactivate 8direction
- activate bullet

+ Bullet range exceeded
- deactivate bullet
- activate 8direction

It works fine the first time, but it seems the counter doesn't get reset so it keeps flying away when i click a second time. Am i right? Is there a fast workaround?

The range of the bullet behavior can't be reset. A workaround would be to create a separate object with the bullet behavior and position the sprite to the bullet object.

you could also try making a countdown timer that begins when the bullet behaviour is activated, and then deactivates the bullet behaviour when the timer reaches zerobrent_hamel2011-09-06 05:17:07
