"Key is down" and "is touching object", does not synchronize

If you make an object spin by "key is down D" --> "Rotate 10 degrees clockwise". It spins.
However if you make the object spin with "Is touching Obj" --> "Rotate 10 degrees clockwise". It spins, but it spins faster, how come? I have the theory that "is touching object" refresh faster then "key is down", in the construct 2 system itself.

It's kind of hindering when playtesting on my computer instead of on my phone, so please do come with advice for me.

That's why we have v-sync.
Check out the rotate behavior, and do a forum search for dt, or delta time.
