[R155] Set Canvas size issue with fullscreen scale

Steps to reproduce:
1. Press 'A' to change the resolution to a lower resolution, and scale appropriately

Observed result:
The window is weirdly offset

Expected result:
Should look like normal. If you turn 'fullscreen in browser' to 'off', you can see the correct behavior.

Browsers affected:
Chrome: yes
Firefox: yes
Internet Explorer: yes

Win7 64bit

I've made a change to the next build so 'set canvas size' now basically sets the 'window size' project property in fullscreen games. (Previously it was only intended for non-fullscreen.) With unbounded scrolling it seems to do the right thing (your example has bounded scrolling so seems to go a bit funny as you change the window size with bounded scrolling). However it also works correctly with low quality fullscreen scaling so you can control the pre-stretch render size.
