R169 doesn't convert WAV files on XP

I encountered this issue a year ago in one of the releases. After reporting this the issue was solved and never returned till now.
The message I get -> Can't convert OGG. Needs Win7.

My main computer died on me over the weekend so had to revert to abducting my kids computer, a windows xp machine.

I got near the same message, it said it couldnt convert to AAC, that it needed win 7.

It gave me the wav and ogg files though.

You need Windows 7+ to get the AAC encoded. I think the Ogg encoder only accepts 16 bit PCM WAVs with standard sample rates; usually this type of report is due to importing some exotic/unusual WAV format. What does C2 say the format is?

We had the same issue long time ago. You fixed it in the next release. I haven't change anything here in the past 3 years. The same XP, same FL studio, the same C2 (beside the new release of course).

C2 say: PCM mono - 16-Bit - 11025 Hz (need windows 7 + to convert to ACC)

Just changed it to Stereo, 22K Hz and it solved the issue.

It took me months to a year to upgrade to a new OS. I'm now working with Win 8.1 64Bit.

I can't get my license file. I checked my purchase items but it's empty. Maybe because I'm an early adopter?

I tried contacting the support email but with no reply.

Please help.

Thanks.

I did. They refer me to my "download" page which is empty.

I'm an early adapter so I joined long before the new site was built. I guess the DB doesn't include me in the list of rightful owners.

All I'm asking is to be able to get my license back.

Thanks.

You should describe all this by email and we'll take it up there.
