R190 fails to restart layout

Problem Description
When gobal variable = 2 , layout should restart. I does in weird way, some assets stays in the scene and colision continues

Hit the character twice and see what happens, the layout should restart, but it is starting to do weird things :?:


The variable is called IsManHit.

The code is nice and clean , so you should have no problem to read it

Extra bonus bugs: :)

Also, the arrow is set to spawn an object at image point 2, but it continues to spawn it at image point 0

Also, when you shot the arrows, some of them fly without any jerking and some of them are laggy like hell

Closing, please review the bug report guidelines. You have 52 events and a great many objects, so I will simply conclude that your events are wrong, as is very frequently the case with reports which do not provide a minimal .capx.
