Randomised Ai grid movement

Get help using Construct 2

I am trying to create an AI randomised grid movement that will adapt based on its changing environment. so the game is based upon a grid style similar to pacman but blocks can be taken away by the miner.

the enemy should only be able to move up down left and right. I really am struggling so any help or suggestions would be fantastic.

I have a link for the capx of what I have so far and any help would be appreciated.
